A few days ago, I sent a note asking about what's changed since we worked together.

I know how it goes -  you open it, mean to come back to it, and then life happens. I'm not following up to guilt you. I'm following up because I actually want to know.

The careers I get to watch up close in this community are some of the most interesting in women's health. People pivoting, climbing, negotiating, building things that didn't exist before. And most of the time, I only see the beginning of that story, not where it goes.
