Your New Job Search Assistant
Most people are using AI to write a cover letter. That's the smallest thing it can do for you.
The most common way I see people using AI in their job search is also, I think, the least useful one.
They ask it to write a cover letter, polish a bullet point, or make an email sound a little friendlier. All of that is real help, and I'm not knocking it, but it's a fraction of what the tool can do for you, and it's not where it actually earns its place in your search.
What It Can Actually Do
Before a call, ask it to pull together everything public about the company: funding stage, recent hires, the language they use in their own job posts. Ten minutes, and you walk in sounding like you've been paying attention for months.
Before you submit anything, paste in the real job description and ask where your resume is thin. Not "make this sound better," but "where does this not match what they're asking for." The answer will be blunt, and that's the point: better to hear it from the tool now than have a recruiter conclude it silently later.
And the interview question you're dreading? Say it out loud to the AI first, answer it badly a few times, and get the stumble out of your system before a hiring manager ever hears it.
None of this is about being clever. It's about not doing by hand the grunt work that something else can do faster, so your time goes to the parts of a search that actually need you.

Get the stumble out of your system before a hiring manager ever hears it.

The Part Nobody Automates
There's a specific kind of tired that comes from job searching, and it isn't really about the effort. It's the loneliness of it: sending applications into silence, wondering whether the person who could actually help you even remembers you exist, trying to hold the whole search together in your head.
Here's what none of that solves on its own: knowing where you stand. Which relationships you actually have, who you haven't talked to in months, who could actually open a door for you if you asked.
In the Mastermind, the first thing we build together is your AI Networking CRM, powered by Claude Cowork. It pulls your real contacts from LinkedIn and Gmail into one system that surfaces who you know, who you should know, and how to reach them. You build it in the prep session, then use it for the rest of the course, and long after.
That's the difference between "I should probably network more" and opening one tool that tells you exactly who to reach out to today.
There's an interview payoff here too, and I don't think enough people see it coming. One of the first questions recruiters are asking these days is some version of "what have you actually built with AI." They're asking because every company in this industry is trying to figure out where AI fits into their own work, and they would rather hire people who are already using it than people who will need to be brought along.
Walking into that conversation able to say "I built my own networking CRM, and I use it every day" turns you from someone who claims to be comfortable with AI into someone who can show it. A demonstration, not a claim.
"I'd dabbled in AI before but mostly in the chat format and had no idea how to create a skill let alone a dashboard to help me with my networking and career. Mastermind not only made me comfortable with AI, but it also provided a space to meet amazing women and forced me to be more intentional about what I want my career to look like. I would highly recommend it especially if you are thinking about a career pivot."
Catherine Unruh, Career Mastermind alumna

Fall hiring is coming faster than people think. This is how you show up ready, in a fraction of the time it usually takes.
So What: The bottleneck in most job searches isn't effort. It's that your network lives scattered across LinkedIn, your inbox, and your memory, so you can't see who could actually help you until you go looking, one person at a time.

⭐ Featured Roles This Week
Gabbi, Inc. · Remote, Minnesota (Twin Cities) · 💰 $80,000
Clinical Liaison – Minnesota (Twin Cities)
Gabbi is a digital health company building a consumer-facing breast cancer risk assessment tool, aimed at closing the early-detection gap that separates a 99% survival rate at stage 0/1 from roughly 30% at stage 4.
Why we flagged it: This is a field role, not a desk job. You're the actual bridge between a mission-driven startup and the clinics that make its model work, with real ownership over relationships and a defined path to full-time. "Boots-on-the-ground clinical partnerships" is about as specific a positioning as it gets.

Gabbi, Inc. · Remote, Georgia (Atlanta Metro) · 💰 $80,000
Clinical Liaison – Georgia (Atlanta Metro)
Same mission, different metro: Gabbi is hiring the Atlanta counterpart to the Twin Cities role above, bringing its breast cancer risk assessment tool into clinics across the region.
Why we flagged it: Real ownership over clinical relationships, a defined path to full-time, and the chance to be the person a startup's entire regional model depends on.

Carrot Fertility · Remote · 💰 $125,000–$145,000
Sr. HR Business Partner, Commercial
Carrot is a global fertility and family care platform trusted by more than a thousand multinational employers, health plans, and health systems to support members across 195 countries, from pre-pregnancy through menopause.
Why we flagged it: This is a chance to sit at the center of a fertility company's commercial engine, directly shaping the compensation structures and org design that determine whether the mission actually scales. A strong example of how HR/People roles in women's health carry real strategic weight, not just admin.

W Group's 2026 Women's Health Investment Report: Global Funding Data
W Group just published its first Global Women's Health Investment Report, tracking where equity capital is actually flowing in the sector, and where it's still missing. The headline shift: capital didn't just grow, it spread, with $50M+ rounds landing across seven distinct categories instead of concentrating in a handful of breakout companies. For anyone building a career or a company in this space, it's a useful read on which categories (fertility, oncology, maternal care, menopause, GLP-1s, diagnostics, digital health) are actually attracting institutional money right now.
