Happy 2024!

I have a lot of optimism for women’s health in 2024 - it’s going to be a good year for women’s health outcomes and businesses in our industry.

We’ve already seen hiring pick up in just the first 4 days of the new year, and I’m being told by a number of companies to expect even more roles to be posted in the next few weeks.

Hopefully you were able to take some time over the holidays to reflect on your career goals for 2024.

Before the holidays, In Women’s Health hosted a 2024 Planning Workshop: Your 2024 Plan. We talked through three key questions for 2023 and 2024.

I’d encourage everyone to take some time over the next few weeks to ponder:

• What will you leave behind in 2023 and NOT take forward?

About 2024:

• Who would you like to become this year?

• What would you like to be your biggest triumph in 2024?

• What sacrifices, risks, or other resources do you need to support you?

• What is one word or phrase to describe your hopes and dreams for 2024?

Are you an Up and Coming Leader in Women’s Health?

Join In Women’s Health for our first Self-Leadership Masterclass.

This masterclass is a holistic learning experience designed especially for up-and-coming leaders in women’s health.
