  1. Plan Your 2024 Career In Women’s Health - Slides + Notes

For those that missed it, we had a great workshop just before Christmas on planning your career in 2024. Sending the resources below.

Take 5 minutes to jot down answers to the following questions as you look back on 2023.

Then take 5-10 minutes to write a bit about who you would like to become in 2024.

If you’re looking for more prompts for introspection as you look to take a stronger mindset into 2024, check out these below:

Your membership includes the StrengthsMultiplier Top 7 Assessment + Using Your StrengthsMultiplier (Package) for free (a $49 value).

The StrengthsMultiplier Top 7 Assessment and Using Your StrengthsMultiplier 60-90 minute online learning experience goes far beyond traditional strengths assessment methodology to awaken you to these important elements of your Top 7 strengths - and how to use them to get great results. You will discover your:

  • Strengths Lens - what it is and how it influences your language, mindsets, and behavior choices

  • Contributions -positive task and relationship influences

  • Needs – conditions essential for you to operate at your best

  • Triggers – how your strengths trip you into low energy and performance

  • Overuse - what your strengths look like when they show up as weaknesses

They will also help you start to understand what types of roles and enviornments in women’s health might be right for you as well as give you great content for interviews to demonstrate deep self-awareness.

Two things for you to do:

  1. Set up your profile and complete your StrengthsMultiplier Top 7 assessment.

  2. Mark your calendars for our first group coaching cohort, Self-Leadership, which will begin on January 24th. This will be a group of 16-20 and a mix of those currently working in women’s health with those who are looking to make the switch into the industry. More to come on this!

How to access:

  • Shortly you will receive an email from our system to set up your account. Once you have done so, you will see you have all been enrolled in the StrengthsMultiplier content. Reach out if you have issues connecting.

Hey everyone! I want to share my heartfelt gratitude to this incredible community. This was a tough year losing my company and trying to figure out next steps. This community has truly been there with me the entire way. The 1-1s, zoom chats with @Jodi, the special guest calls, the resources, weekly emails…all of it has helped me feel less alone and more confident moving through the career transition. Thank you. I’m excited to share I accepted a product position at Purple Carrot, a nutrition and wellness company. While it’s not in women’s health per se, it’s a health company with a strong mission of whole food eating. Thank you for all your help, kindness, and generosity throughout this career transition. My goal is to do the same for each of you. I’d love to connect and support you however I can. Thank you!

Kassandra Hobart
