I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about careers lately, and how to best support those currently working in women’s health and those who want to pivot into our space.
I think it comes down to four key factors.
Mindset - Our mind is the most powerful tool we have. Whether you are in job search mode, or execute mode in a women’s health company, your success is tied directly to your mindset.

Skillset - We need to have the functional knowledge to execute. I’m committed to providing opportunities to improve your functional-based knowledge.

Toolset - We all most have the tools to be successful. These are the things that help us execute faster, more efficiently and at scale.
Toolset:
Your personal brand is part of your toolset. Cat is the best in the business at helping you uncover who you are, what your story is and how that connects to your desired future role.
Network - All of the above doesn’t matter unless you have a network. Accelerated business is done fastest through deep relationships. Some people are born into elite networks, others don’t have the same access. In order for us to move fastest as an industry, we need to be connected to each other and moving together.
