It feels like momentum is picking up in the job market……

I’m hearing more conversations about hiring at the executive level than I’ve heard in months.

I’m hearing that the funding market is starting to unthaw and some announcements are in the works for the fall.

I’m also hearing that if we stay on pace, we’ll have our best year yet for funding for female founders.

Lots of reasons to be excited for the fall.
