🔥 Jobs in Women's Health | December 21

2024 News + January Events + Jobs from Parsley Health, Flo, Unfabled, ACOG, Bobbie, theSkimm, HelloSunshine and more!

As I write this, I’m incredibly grateful for all of you.

I would have never thought in March when starting the #hiringwednesday newsletter that just nine months later we would have close to 2,000 people reading each week and a thriving private membership community. I feel honored to have helped create a safe space to accelerate your career in women’s health and help 11 members get roles in women’s health companies.

This momentum is a testament to the need in women’s health to organize and unite our talent ecosystem, as more and more people want to spend their working hours improving the lives of women.

Now, founders and the women’s health industry are approaching us to partner and share exclusive access to their jobs. We have become the leading destination for careers in women’s health.

I love this momentum and it’s gives me such hope for our industry!

But we still have lot of work to do. All of this momentum, combined with my passion for changing the game for women, makes it clear to me that I can’t stop building this community and providing meaningful content to all of you.

In particular, I can’t stop helping you find jobs that improve the lives of women, including your own.

At the same time, the growth and demand has begun to take up a significant portion of my time and given this, starting on January 3rd, the job posting portion of the In Women’s Health newsletter will be exclusive to paid subscribers.

Not to worry - you will continue to get this newsletter each week, with thoughts, free resources and announcements about career-related events.

The paid subscription portion of the newsletter will be $9.99/month.

I will share more details next week on how to activate your subscription, but I wanted to make sure to give you a heads up before you see it in the January 3rd newsletter.

For members of In Women’s Health, the jobs portion of the email newsletter will be included in your monthly membership.

I am grateful for the community we’ve created here and I look forward to continue to serve you, build with you and connect you to the talent ecosystem in 2024.

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to all!

xxJodi

Planning Your Career 2024 - Holiday Reflections

If you are currently looking for a job, consider making the next two weeks about self care, reflection and preparation.

On Thursday, In Women’s Health hosted a 2024 Planning Workshop: Your 2024 Plan. We talked through three key questions for 2023 and 2024.

I’d encourage everyone to take some time over the holidays to ponder:

About 2023:

  • What are the top 3 things you want to celebrate from 2023?

  • What was the biggest risk you took?

  • What will you leave behind in 2023 and NOT take forward?

About 2024:

  • Who would you like to become this year?

  • What would you like to be your biggest triumph in 2024?

  • What sacrifices, risks, or other resources do you need to support you?

  • What is one word or phrase to describe your hopes and dreams for 2024?
