Before the deadline, I want to answer a few of the most common questions we’ve received — especially if you’ve been on the fence.
What is the Mini-MBA — and why does it exist?
The In Women’s Health Mini-MBA was created because Rachel and I realized that a lot of the people working in women’s health (and those who wanted to) didn’t actually understand the nuances of how the system works.
We’ve learned these lessons over 30+ years in women’s health, and we want to pass them on to you as a cheat code to working and building in women’s healthcare.
Because we can’t fix what we don’t understand.
This program exists to change that. It distills the business, policy, and payer mechanics of healthcare into six weeks of live, expert-led teaching — giving you the fluency, frameworks, and confidence to lead change in a system that touches every woman, every day.
“There are so many dots we never learned to connect — the Mini-MBA makes those connections visible.”
— Kelli Kessell, Founder, Never Sugar Coated LLC
1️⃣ “Will this actually help me?”
Yes — whether you’re a clinician, operator, investor, or founder, this program is designed for you.
The Mini-MBA has trained over 200+ leaders from across healthcare, policy, venture, and tech — from OB-GYNs and former CMS staffers to VCs and startup executives.
You don’t need a business degree. You need context.
You’ll walk away understanding how money moves through healthcare — and what it really takes to make women’s health profitable, scalable, and investable.
And how to navigate within the system.
“The Women’s Health Mini-MBA far exceeded my expectations — the insights were immediately actionable and reshaped how I think about leadership in women’s health.”
— Samara Andrade, Director of North America, WomenLift Health
2️⃣ “What exactly will I learn?”
The curriculum covers the business of women’s health, from reimbursement and regulation to payers, CPT codes, and market entry.
You’ll learn:
How U.S. healthcare financing actually works
How policy shapes innovation
How to position your company or idea for investment and payer adoption
Every week includes live case studies with CEOs and investors building the next generation of women’s health companies — including leaders from Kindbody, Wisp, Gennev, and Portfolia.
“If you’re looking to understand what’s happening across the women’s health landscape — and where the real opportunities are — this is the program.”
— Caroline Ebner, VP of Sales, Raydiant Oximetry
3️⃣ “What if I’m not in business or finance?”
Perfect. Most of our students aren’t.
They’re physicians, nurses, scientists, investors, non-profit leaders, or early-stage founders who know women’s health is broken — and want the language and tools to lead change.
“Even after 15 years working in healthcare, I learned more in six weeks about how money and policy flow through women’s health than in my entire career.”
— Maeve McClellan, Principal Consultant, Apple Tree Impact Advisors
4️⃣ “What’s the time commitment?”
The program runs for six weeks, with live sessions twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays at noon ET).
Each session is recorded, timestamped, and available for replay. Expect about three hours a week of class time — though many go deeper because they love it.
“Taking this course was one of the most energizing professional experiences I’ve ever had.”
— Kristine Cecchetti Homovich, Product Strategy, Evernorth
5️⃣ “Do I get lifetime access?”
Yes. You’ll have lifetime access to the recordings, resources, and our private alumni network, which now includes executives at Maven, Oura, Kindbody, and McKinsey Health.
You’ll also be invited to exclusive IWH events, job opportunities, and continuing education sessions.
“Dynamic, data-driven, and deeply human. The Mini-MBA challenged me to think differently about how to build and lead in this industry.”
— Brenda Armstrong, Principal, RedefineHER / ITEOM Talent
6️⃣ “Is this really worth the investment?”
Absolutely — and the ROI is tangible.
Our alumni have gone on to:
Launch new companies in fertility, menopause, and diagnostics
Transition into venture and strategy roles
Negotiate better contracts and funding terms
Win grants and board seats in women’s health
“This course completely changed the trajectory of my career.”
— Lauren Dickerman, Women’s Health Clinical Expert
If you’re serious about shaping the future of women’s health — this is where you start.
7️⃣ “Will there be another chance this year?”
No — this is the final Mini-MBA cohort of 2025.
The next one won’t open until spring 2026 - and the price will go up.
Enrollment closes tonight at 11:59 PM ET.
Seats are limited — and this final cohort always fills.
See you in class,
Jodi Neuhauser
Founder, In Women’s Health
A Movement of Leaders Who Understand the System
More than 200 alumni have now completed the Mini-MBA — founders, investors, clinicians, and operators from companies like Maven, Oura, Kindbody, and Evvy.
They come from different corners of the industry, but they share one thing in common: they stopped trying to fight the system blind.
They learned how to see it.
And once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
“The IWH Mini-MBA didn’t just teach me — it woke me up.
I left with a map of how the healthcare system actually works — and the confidence to use it.”
— Divya Patel, Senior Product Manager, Evvy
“I came in passionate. I left powerful.
This program gave me the language to be heard at the table.”
— Dr. Marissa McDonald, OB/GYN & MBA
Meet Two of the Voices Shaping the Future
This final 2025 cohort features two visionary guest speakers redefining the landscape of women’s health. A more will be announced soon!
Monica Cepak, CEO of Wisp
Monica leads one of the nation’s fastest-growing digital health companies, delivering discreet, affordable, and accessible sexual and reproductive care.
A former marketing executive turned CEO, Monica is an expert in consumer engagement, storytelling, and scaling in a regulated system — proof that courage and creativity can rewrite the rules.
Claire Coder, Founder & CEO of Aunt Flow
Claire started Aunt Flow at 18 with a simple idea: no one should be caught without a period product.
Today, her company supplies schools, stadiums, and corporations across the country — turning a once-taboo topic into a mainstream movement.
Her story is a masterclass in mission-driven growth, advocacy, and the power of persistence.
These are the kinds of voices you’ll meet inside the Mini-MBA — leaders who are not waiting for permission to change the system.
This Is the Moment to Invest in Yourself
You can keep waiting for the system to fix itself.
Or you can learn how it works — and start fixing it from within.
Investing in your own understanding isn’t indulgence. It’s leadership.
It’s how we reclaim our power, our language, and our influence.
Because when women understand the system, we don’t just navigate it better — we transform it.
The final Mini-MBA cohort of 2025 begins soon.
Only 4 seats remain.
If you’ve felt the frustration, seen the gaps, or carried the vision of something better — this is your invitation.
Let’s stop reacting to a broken system.
Let’s start leading it.
