Today’s webinar broke down the truth behind LinkedIn’s algorithm—and how women’s health job seekers can use it to stand out in an increasingly competitive landscape.
We didn’t just talk about how to “optimize your profile.” We unpacked the system behind how LinkedIn really works, including the $7B Talent Solutions engine powering the platform and why content—not your resume—is now the #1 tool to get discovered by hiring managers and recruiters.
We explored the concept of “impact evidence”—the visible proof that you can do what you say you can do—and how LinkedIn’s algorithm is actively rewarding the small percentage of users who post high-quality, relevant content with frequency.
You learned how to:
Shift from listing skills (features) to communicating value (benefits)
Build your Unique Value Add and translate it into posts that build trust and authority
Create a 30-day content matrix based on the top themes in the jobs you want
Use ChatGPT and AI tools strategically (and authentically) to speed up your process without sounding like a robot
Avoid common traps—like reposting content without commentary or writing “Congrats!” comments that the algorithm ignores
Navigate visibility concerns, content strategy if you’re changing industries, and how to start posting even if you're not in your target role yet
Understand what content formats the LinkedIn algorithm loves right now—including posts, carousels, and video—and how to test them with confidence
This wasn’t theory. It was an exact blueprint to get noticed by decision-makers faster, especially in a space where jobs close quickly and thousands apply within 48 hours.
Whether you’re breaking into women’s health, transitioning from another sector, or aiming for executive roles, you now have a playbook to cut through the noise and build traction, visibility, and real opportunity.
