“I got a job!”

The reason I started In Women’s Health is for texts like these.

Recently I got this one from In Women’s Health Member Ariel Zuckerman:

Ariel Zuckerman was job hunting in women’s health and kept hitting walls. Despite her experience at Boober, she couldn’t get past resume robots or land the right interviews.

Ariel first joined our IWH Mastermind where she brought her vulnerability, passion and energy to a 4-week intensive, guided process of working through her unique value add, and her “only-you” statements. She dove head-first into re-doing her resume, disruptive cover letter and posting content daily on LinkedIn that trained the algorithm in her expertise and women’s health. She landed multiple interviews at companies like Maven and Pomelo Care.

Then she jumped head-first into the In Women’s Health Mini-MBA. We went through 6 more weeks together where Ariel showed up to every class full of questions (and insights). As a part of our Spring cohort, she learned the nuts and bolts of the business of women’s health from the perspective of a payer, provider, marketer, investor, lawyer and policy lead.

The background knowledge she gained from the Mini-MBA course gave her the confidence in her job search and during the interview process. That shift helped Ariel land five interviews with women’s health startups (including big names like Maven). But more importantly, she found her community.

When we had a spot at the Women’s Health Reimbursement Summit open up, she jumped all over it. She jumped in, helped with check-in and helped lead our Maternal Health working group - which is where she connected with Jennifer Sargent, the CEO at Pacify.

After a number of conversations with the team, Ariel recently joined the Pacify team as a Partner Success Manager — helping the Pacify team work with public health agencies to roll out Pacify offerings to their patients.

Today, Ariel is leading strategy and advocacy efforts in maternal health, helping expand access to critical services — and she credits the Mini-MBA as the turning point in her career. And all of this lead her to her biggest success yet - landing her dream job at Pacify.

This is one of many stories we see from In Women’s Health. We are starting our next cohort of the Women’s Health Mini-MBA on May 20th. Learn more and join us here.

🚨 REGISTRATION ALERT: The Women’s Health Mini-MBA is Back — and Spots Are Limited!

If you’ve been thinking about breaking into women’s health, pivoting your career, or finally turning your passion into a purpose-driven job… this is your sign.

The next cohort of the Women’s Health Mini-MBA starts May 20, 2025 — and registration is officially OPEN. There are only 40 seats available, and yes, they will go fast.

This 6-week intensive is not just another business course — it’s a power move.

Led by Jodi Neuhauser and Rachel Braun Scherl, two powerhouse leaders who’ve built and sold companies, raised over $100M in funding, and advised some of the top brands in women’s health (Kindbody, Maven, Portfolia — ring any bells?), this Mini-MBA distills decades of experience into an actionable roadmap you can follow.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A deep understanding of how the women’s health ecosystem actually works — from payers and providers to products and policy

  • The skills to position yourself for roles that matter in an industry that’s rapidly growing

  • A built-in network of operators, founders, clinicians, investors, and change agents who get it

And you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be surrounded by people just like you — curious, driven, and ready to make a difference.

Real results. Real impact.

🎓 Students Are Shaping the Future of Women’s Health

What started as a side interest on campus is now a movement. Students across disciplines—business, tech, policy, science—are diving into women’s health, launching startups, hosting events, and building career paths where few existed before.

At schools like Harvard, Stanford, and Duke, student-led FemTech groups and projects are gaining serious traction—and universities are responding. These students aren’t waiting for the field to evolve—they’re building it.

A New Generation of Leaders

Take Duke MBA student Kelsey Worsham. She created the FemTech Exchange, a network of 250+ students and grads sharing job leads, startup ideas, and support. Her story is part of a bigger shift: students are turning curiosity into careers—and creating the infrastructure to support it.
