Want a Job in Women’s Health? Train the LinkedIn Algorithm to Work for You

Learn How To Do This Today in our webinar at 12pm EST

If you want a job in women’s health, you need more than a polished resume — you need LinkedIn’s algorithm to know that you're an expert in your function and in women’s health. Why? Because LinkedIn is no longer just a digital resume. It’s a matchmaking engine. And if you’re not training it, it’s not working for you.

Here’s the deal:

LinkedIn makes the majority of its $15B in revenue from its recruiter product — Talent Solutions. That means the platform is laser-focused on surfacing the most relevant candidates to hiring managers using algorithmic matching. But with over a billion profiles — many outdated, inactive, or vague — the algorithm has to rely on signals to figure out who’s legit.

So how do you show up higher in recruiter searches?

By actively training the algorithm with your content. When you post consistently about your function (like marketing, product, operations, etc.) and tie it to women’s health, you’re teaching LinkedIn’s AI to recognize you as a verified expert — and surface your profile to the right people.

Think of it like this: The algorithm needs evidence.

And your content is the proof.

Want to learn how to do this?

Join me live for a free webinar today:

We’ll cover:

  • Why your resume alone isn’t enough anymore

  • How the LinkedIn algorithm actually works — and what signals it’s looking for

  • How to clarify your Unique Value Add (UVA) so the algorithm knows what kind of roles to associate with your profile

  • How to analyze job descriptions to identify 5 key themes that should anchor your content

  • The content matrix that helps you plan 25+ days of posts that train the algorithm

  • What type of content gets the most visibility — original posts vs. reshares, written posts vs. video

  • Why “sprinkling in” women’s health content is critical, even if you don’t work in the field yet

You'll walk away with templates, examples, and a clear strategy to start getting noticed.

Can’t make it live? No problem — everyone who registers will get the full recording and follow-up resources.

📢Internship Reminder: Help Build the Next Generation of Women’s Health Leaders

We are creating a centralized database of women’s health internships to connect students with meaningful experience and companies with mission-aligned talent.

Why It Matters
Internships launch the next generation of founders, researchers, and leaders. Paid or thoughtfully structured unpaid roles create real opportunities—and real impact.

Founders: Not Sure Where to Start?
Interns can help you finish key projects like customer interviews, market research, or content refreshes. Keep it project-based (4–12 weeks), assign a point person, and offer feedback. A small investment = big results.
