I’m in Miami this week - doing some self-care.

The last time I took time to rest, relax and recharge for 5 days was at least 5 years ago - before kids, marriage, Covid and more.

Rest impacts our emotional state, our decision making, and our physical health. I’ve come to realize (through a great executive coach) that it’s not a nice-to-have, as a CEO and Founder, it’s a must-have. It’s not something I’ve prioritized enough in my career, and a focus for me in 2023. How are you prioritizing rest in your job search?
