Building Connections Across Women’s Health: January 2026 Networking Session Recap

Recap + Resources+ 51&+ All things mini-MBA + YOUR EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNT

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for joining the January IWH Women’s Health Career Networking Call. I want to start by naming why we host these monthly — because it’s very intentional.

Careers in women’s health don’t move forward in isolation. This is a relationship-driven ecosystem, and momentum is built through real connection, shared context, and people being willing to reach out to one another before they “need” something. These calls exist to make that easier — to create a consistent space where you can meet peers, compare notes, ask honest questions, and remind yourself that you’re not navigating this work alone.

One thing I hope everyone takes away is this: don’t let today be the only touchpoint. Follow up with one or two people you met. Make the intro. Send the note. These small moments of connection compound over time — and they’re often what open the next door.

As we look ahead, please make note of our next upcoming network session:

  • Next IWH Networking Session
Friday, February 20th at 1:00 PM ET
Please save the date and join us for another high-impact session designed to foster meaningful connections across the women’s health industry.

Thank you again for your time, insights, and continued leadership. The impact of this community grows with every connection made. I look forward to seeing you in November.

Warm regards,
Jodi Neuhauser

Next Steps with the IWH mini-MBA Course

At the start of today’s discussion, we explored how the In Women’s Health Mini-MBA offers a structured way to go deeper into the business of women’s health—connecting the dots between payers, policy, reimbursement, and innovation. Many attendees expressed interest in understanding not just what’s happening in the industry, but how the system actually works and where opportunities for impact exist. The Mini-MBA was designed precisely for that purpose: to equip leaders, investors, and clinicians with the business fluency required to drive systemic change in women’s health.

Beyond the MBA and Mastermind with 51&

A note on 51& lifetime memberships

Several of you asked about 51& during the conversation, so I wanted to share a bit more context here. 51& is being built as durable infrastructure for women’s health — not a moment, a campaign, or a content platform. It’s designed to help members navigate care, advocate with confidence, save time and money, and collectively build influence in a system that wasn’t designed with women in mind. Lifetime memberships are open for a limited window as part of this early-builder phase, and they will be closing soon. If you want to be part of shaping what this becomes from the beginning, you can learn more here.

Thank you for showing up, for contributing honestly, and for continuing to invest in one another. This community only works because people are willing to engage — and I’m grateful for that.

And don’t miss The Five and One, our weekly newsletter delivering five stories and one big idea on the policies, research, and power structures shaping women’s health. It’s your front-row seat to the movement we’re building.
