Who This Is For
Women's health is one of the hottest industries for employment right now. We hear from Founder friends often that each job is getting over 1,000 applications in the first 48 hours.
To break through, you need three things: a strong network, deep knowledge of how the business works, and the credibility to prove it. The Mini-MBA gives you all three in 6 weeks.
This course is for you if:
You're working in women's health and want to understand the business side
You're trying to break into women's health and need the knowledge to stand out
You're a founder or operator who needs to understand payers and reimbursement
You're a clinician looking to move from patient care to the business side
You're an HR lead looking to upskill your team on women's health
"This course is essential for anyone working in Women's Health right now. 10/10 recommend!" — Kerry Krauss, Senior Medical Advisor, Natural Cycles
How the Mini-MBA Works
This isn't a passive video course. It's a cohort-based program with live sessions, real case studies, coaching, and accountability.
You'll dig into real-life examples — putting yourself in the shoes of women's health founders and executives. You'll map your career during the course, get direct feedback from Jodi, Rachel, and 4 women's health executives, and build relationships with 40 other leaders in the space.
We limit the cohort to 40 students so every student gets coaching, feedback, and real connections — not just content.
Even if you're new to healthcare, early in your career, or don't know what a PBM is yet — you'll walk away smarter, more connected, and ready to advance.
No fluff. No BS. Nothing held back. Real talk.
100% Money-Back Guarantee
If you complete the course materials and find it isn't for you within 30 days, we refund 100%. If your schedule gets busy, we roll you forward into a future cohort at zero cost.

Who is this for?
See Who Is this For Section above
What's the time commitment?
You’ll need 4 hours to attend the 2 live sessions per week and 1-2 hours to read the case studies and suggested reading (but it’s not mandatory!) (~5-6 per week total)
How long do I have access to the course materials?
You will have access to the course materials FOREVER This includes all live sessions, video materials, templates, and example files.
Do I get MBA credit for this class?
No. This course is not affiliated with any university and is not eligible for course credit.
Couldn't I just do this myself with all of the free content out there?
Well... you could. And I encourage you to try it. There are a LOT of healthcare and women’s health resources out there. Part of the challenge of healthcare is the fragmentation in the system. Chances are, you may have tried to teach yourself this before by listening to podcasts, reading articles and following along on LinkedIn. And between the hours it would take you to aggregate all of that content and the headaches you would have understanding how it all fits together… The $1,396 is well worth the investment.
Do I really need to know this to work in women’s health?
No. You can certainly work in a women’s health company without this depth of knowledge. But as you advance your career, you will need to be able to draw connections and look ahead in the ecosystem – and in order to that, you must know how the entire system works and where value is created for each stakeholder.
What if I can't attend the live sessions?
That’s okay. We record each of them and distribute them with detailed show notes, session transcripts, chat transcripts, and everything you need.
Will this help if I already work in women’s health?
Yes, in fact, you’ll have an advantage. You’ll have context and experiences you can draw on in order to bring the content to life for yourself and others.
Is this course good for women’s health clinicians?
Yes, in fact, you’ll have an advantage. Your hands-on experience will be very valuable for those in the class and you’ll walk away with a stronger understanding of how business decisions influence standards of care. This class is perfect for clinicians looking to make the jump out of patient care to the business-side of women’s health.
Can I help teach the program?
YES! If you have a specialty, or you’re an expert in a part of the women’s health ecosystem, we would love to have you involved in sharing your knowledge with others as a part of the class. Please reach out to me on [email protected].
Why is this page so ugly?
We are spending all of our time creating amazing course curriculum. We are not using fancy pages or marketing tactics for this course. Instead, we plan to sell the 40 spots to people who are already familiar with our work and don’t need a well-designed sales page or funnel to buy from us.
What if I have more questions?
Send me an email: [email protected] and I’ll get back to you soon.
